Stan is the founder and managing partner of Willis & Willis Co., LPA (originally Willis & Company, LPA). His legal background began as Corporate Counsel for C. J. Mahan Construction Company. Since 1992, Stan has represented small businesses concerning their choice of entity, contracts, incorporation, dissolution, employee relations and other matters related to their business. Stan also represents small contractors and owners in matters related to construction projects, buyers and sellers in real estate transactions and client planning for transfer of assets.
Stan was admitted to practice law in Ohio and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Ohio in 1991.
Stan has served as a Board Member and Committee Chairperson of the Hilliard Rotary. He has also been a Seminar Leader of the Lawyers Group of the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio.
Stan played football for Ohio Northern University while earning his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Stan earned his Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School.
