Todd received his undergraduate degree from Mount Union College in 1984 with a BA in Business Administration and a Minor in Psychology. He served as President of The Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity while at Mt. Union.

While working in the Marketing Department of Columbia Gas of Ohio, Inc., Todd obtained his Law Degree from Capital University Law School. At Capital, he was a member of The Order of the Curia, a National Honorary Legal Fraternity, for having maintained high scholastic standing. Todd was also presented with the American Jurisprudence award for his excellent achievement in the study of Contracts II.

Todd entered the private practice of law in 1997 and became a Partner in the Law Firm of Magaziner, McGlade and Fitz, LLC. practicing Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Litigation.

In 2004, Todd joined The Longaberger Company’s Legal Department as a Senior Attorney where he handled a variety of matters. He soon became The Director of Legal Relations and had direct oversight of the company’s diverse Worker’s Compensation Department as well as The Environmental Affairs Department.

Todd is admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State, Licking County and Muskingum County Bar Associations, as well as the Ohio Association for Justice. He currently serves as President of the Stonesthrow Estates Owner’s Association and is a member of the University of Cincinnati Parents Association. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Sheryl L. Kraner, Esq. Youth and Family Behavioral Heath Campus located in Newark.
