Laren is dedicated to representing individuals in the area of labor and employment law, and access to public facilities for the disabled. She has litigated numerous wrongful discharge cases, Family Medical Leave Act ("FMLA”) cases and retaliatory wrongful discharge. She assists those who have been injured in the workplace through intentionally unsafe practices - “employer intentional torts.” Laren also assists disabled persons in non-employment situations through litigation based on Titles II and III of the Americans With Disabilities Act (“ADA”).
