Julie has practiced in the area of employment law for 12 years. Julie's practice niche is representing small to mid-sized employers in all facets of employment law including ADA, ADEA, Title VII, FMLA and other federal and state employment law matters. Julie is skilled in negotiating and drafting employment related agreements such as non-competition agreements, severance agreements and the like. She is actively partners with employers to create effective employment policies and procedures to help employers navigate the complex world of employment. Julie’s passion is to proactively help employers avoid employment related problems so they can focus on building a successful business.
Julie graduated in 1999 from The Ohio State University with a Juris Doctor degree and in 1995 from Miami University, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
