Kelly has focused her practice in Workers' Compensation and Social Security with her experience beginning as a law clerk. She has also practiced in the fields of litigation and personal injury. She currently represents clients in all stages of Workers' Compensation claims, and works hard to obtain a just result for each and every client. Kelly's entire career has focused on the complex system encompassed by the Worker's Compensation Act, making her very knowledgeable in all aspects of Workers' Compensation claims. She has experience representing employers, which has given her a well-rounded foundation.
Kelly earned her law degree from Capital University Law School where she was an active member of the Student Bar Association, serving as vice-president of her class. She also served as an officer of the Christian Legal Society. She received her undergraduate education from Grove City College where she received a bachelor’s degree in Communications. Kelly was named Outstanding Leader of her class while attending Grove City College.
At Willis & Willis Co., Kelly manages the claimant’s Workers' Compensation practice and participates in the Social Security practice. She has led seminars for medical providers regarding Workers' Compensation. In 2000, she was published for her argument presented to the Supreme Court in State ex rel Quality Tower Serv. v. Indus. Comm, 88 OhioSt.3d 190, 724 N.E.2d 778 (2000), and State ex rel. Gibson v. Indus. Comm, 85 OhioSt.3d 128, 698 N.E.2d 991 (1998).
